Participants must enter their correct in-game name and any other required information. Incorrect details may affect tournament participation or result verification.
Pro Adda will offer only tournaments and services that are permitted under applicable law and for which any required approvals, determinations or registrations have been completed.
Tournament formats and payment-related features may be restricted, suspended or discontinued when required by law or by a competent authority. Availability may differ depending on the user's location and the applicable requirements.
The applicable tournament details and any permitted charges or rewards will be displayed before participation.
Payment-based participation, monetary prizes and related financial features will be offered only where the specific format and transactions are lawful and all applicable requirements have been met. Participation does not guarantee a prize or financial return.
Users must not attempt to bypass payment restrictions, manipulate transactions or exploit a technical error to obtain an unauthorised benefit.
All participants must follow the rules of the relevant game and tournament. The following conduct is prohibited:
Using cheats, hacks, bots, scripts or unauthorised software.
Colluding with other participants or manipulating match results.
Exploiting bugs, false results or payment errors.
Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or support staff.
Submitting forged screenshots, false evidence or misleading account details.
Where there is reasonable evidence of a violation, Pro Adda may investigate, restrict participation or take other proportionate action permitted by law and the applicable tournament rules.
Tournament results will be determined using the applicable scoring rules and available match evidence. Pro Adda may request screenshots, match records or other relevant evidence when verifying a result.
Users should report suspected errors through the available support channels within the timeframe communicated for the relevant event. Any review will follow the applicable tournament rules and relevant legal requirements.
Tournament schedules, availability or formats may change because of technical issues, game-server disruptions, insufficient participation, suspected manipulation or other operational circumstances.
If a tournament is cancelled or materially changed, Pro Adda will communicate the available resolution where reasonably practicable. Any refund or settlement will follow the applicable event rules and relevant law. No provision in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where wallet or payment features are lawfully available, users must provide accurate transaction details and complete any required verification.
Processing times may depend on verification, payment providers, banks, technical availability and applicable legal requirements. Any displayed processing estimate is not an unconditional guarantee.
Users should not share OTPs, passwords or confidential payment credentials with anyone claiming to represent Pro Adda. Suspected unauthorised transactions should be reported through the official support channel promptly.
Pro Adda may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, enforce tournament rules, comply with law or address security concerns.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, the user will be informed of the reason and any available review process. Suspension or termination does not remove rights or obligations that have already arisen under applicable law.
Pro Adda may provide access to information relating to third-party games, platforms or services. Those services are subject to their respective rules and terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Pro Adda is not claiming endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation with third-party game publishers. Users must comply with the applicable game rules and intellectual-property requirements.
The Pro Adda name, branding, website design, original content and other materials owned by Pro Adda may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior permission, except where such use is permitted by law.
Third-party names, artwork and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
We aim to keep our services reliable and secure, but interruptions may occur because of maintenance, connectivity issues, third-party outages or other circumstances.
