Terms and Conditions for Rupiya Rush

Welcome to Rupiya Rush ("App", "Service")! These are the rules for using our app.

By creating an account and using Rupiya Rush, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.

1. Who Can Use Rupiya Rush? (Eligibility)

You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. By creating an account, you promise that you are 18 or older and that all the information you give us (like your mobile number) is true and accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account login details (like your password) safe.

You are only allowed to have **one account per person and per device**. Creating multiple accounts to get more rewards is considered fraud and will result in a ban.

3. How "Coins" Work

Our app lets you collect virtual "Coins" by doing different activities, such as:

• Daily Check-in
• Spin Wheel
• Watching Videos (Watch & Earn)
• Completing Tasks from us or our Third-Party Offerwall partners (like Adjump, Playtime, Pubscale).
• Referring friends.

Important: "Coins" are not real money. They have no cash value outside of the Rupiya Rush app. They are just points you collect, which you can redeem for rewards. We have the right to change the value of Coins or the rewards at any time without notice.

4. Withdrawing Rewards

When you have enough Coins, you can "Withdraw" them for the rewards we offer (like UPI or Gift Cards).

We try to process withdrawals quickly, but please allow for processing time. We are not responsible if you provide us with incorrect payment details (like the wrong UPI ID).

5. Third-Party Offerwalls

Rupiya Rush includes offers from third-party companies (Offerwalls). When you click on an offer, you may be taken to their website or app.

We don't control these third parties. We are not responsible for their content, their tasks, or any problems you might have with them. If you have an issue with an Offerwall task, you may need to contact their support team.

6. The Rules (Prohibited Conduct)

We want to keep Rupiya Rush fair for everyone. To use our app, you **must not** do any of the following:

• Use a **VPN, proxy, or any other tool** to fake your location to get more offers.
• Use **emulators, rooted phones, or debuggers**.
• Use **cloned app environments** (like "Dual App", "Parallel Space") to run more than one copy of the app.
• Create or use **multiple accounts**.
• Use any **bots, scripts, or automated tools** to complete tasks or "cheat" the system.
• Try to find or use bugs (exploits) in the app to get unearned Coins.

7. Getting Banned (Account Termination)

We take our rules very seriously. If we believe you are breaking any of these terms, we have the right to:

• Immediately and permanently **ban your account**.
• Make you **forfeit (lose) all your Coins** and any pending withdrawals.

Our security system (which checks for rooted devices, emulators, etc.) runs automatically. If your device is flagged, your account may be banned.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will try to notify you of any major changes, but it's your responsibility to review them. If you keep using Rupiya Rush after the terms have changed, it means you accept the new terms.
